bip taka Terms and Conditions

1.1 Registration Eligibility

To open an account on bip taka, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid mobile number and an active email address.
• Must register using your own name and personal details — registering under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

1.2 Accuracy of Information and Verification

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. bip taka reserves the right to verify identity at any time using a national identity card or birth certificate. If a verification request is not responded to within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended or closed.

1.3 Account Security

Users must keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the bip taka support team immediately. bip taka will not be responsible for any loss caused by a user's own negligence.

2.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on bip taka is ৳100. All deposits can be made using the following methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks)

Deposits must be made only from a method registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.

2.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The methods available for withdrawal are the same as for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

Withdrawals may not be possible from accounts that have not completed identity verification. bip taka reserves the right to investigate any unusual withdrawal request and to place it on hold if necessary.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

bip taka offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; to withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional benefit tied to a deposit. The bonus validity period, wagering conditions and list of eligible games can be found in the bonus section of your account.

3.2 Other Promotions

bip taka runs various promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated separately on that promotion's page. Some notable offers:

• Weekly bip taka Festival: 50% bonus on any deposit every week, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20 times.
• bip taka Slots Fun: 30% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳3,000; wagering 25 times.

3.3 VIP Program and Cashback

bip taka's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level receives cashback at a set rate on the weekly net loss:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the net loss, which is the total weekly losses minus total winnings. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 can receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Criteria for advancing VIP levels and full details of benefits are published separately.

4.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games available on bip taka are operated through third-party game providers. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, and wins and losses depend entirely on a random algorithm. bip taka does not interfere with game results.

If a technical error causes an unusual win or result to be displayed, bip taka reserves the right to void that result and refund the relevant bet.

4.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on cricket, football and other sports:

• bip taka may suspend any market if it does not close within the specified time.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded, though the rules for specific sports may differ.
• bip taka is not responsible if a bet is not accepted in live betting due to a connection drop or delay.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will stand.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting or playing games using bots, scripts or automated methods.
• Placing low-risk opposing bets to meet bonus conditions (arbitrage).
• Accessing another person's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

5.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

bip taka believes that gaming for entertainment can be enjoyed responsibly. The platform should be used for entertainment purposes only — not as a way to solve financial problems.

7.3 Account Closure

A user may request to close their own account at any time. bip taka also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the event of a breach of terms. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before the account is closed; however, if the closure is due to a breach of terms, forfeiture will be considered separately.

8.1 Service Interruptions

bip taka strives to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, network issues or unforeseen circumstances. bip taka's liability for any loss caused by such interruptions is limited.

8.2 Regarding Game Results

All gaming and betting activities carry financial risk. Users accept this risk knowingly and voluntarily. bip taka accepts no liability to compensate for dissatisfaction with game results. bip taka is not directly responsible for technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.

8.3 Right to Make Changes

bip taka may change the features of the service, offers or these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the website for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

9.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions and our privacy policy together form the complete agreement between bip taka and the user. No prior oral or written discussions hold greater effect than this document.

9.2 Severability

If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The invalid part will, where possible, be replaced with the nearest valid equivalent provision.

9.3 Language

The Bengali version of these terms is the original and operative version. In the event of any translation or interpretation, the Bengali text will take precedence.
